HP is killing me slowly

All I want to do is to be able to scan my pictures.

So I go buy a scanner/printer at Best Buy and bring it home and set it up and...

Nothing.

So, as I'im writing this, cursing HP (and really any hardware too stupid to automatically get recognized by a Mac) I'm waiting in a online que to get customer support through a messenger service hosted by HP.

All I wanted to do was scan my artwork.

I hate HP.
